Through its investigation, Precision Imaging Centers determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information on or around November 2, 2022. On June 22, 2023, Precision Imaging Centers began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
