Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company Data Breach Investigation

WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 12, 2023, HPE was notified that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, HPE determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed and exfiltrated this sensitive information beginning in May 2023. On January 19, 2024, HPE reported the data breach in its Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
