McAlvain Companies Data Breach Investigation

Turke & Strauss LLP, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating McAlvain Companies, Inc. (“McAlvain”) regarding a recent data breach. The McAlvain data breach involved sensitive personal information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.


McAlvain is a construction firm based in Idaho. On April 4, 2024, McAlvain began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
